From the Bavarian Alps to Japan, via South Tyrol, Norway, Australia, and beyond my journey has been shaped by craftsmanship, travel, and a relentless drive to improve. Trained as a furniture maker, I worked across small workshops and world-class fabrication studios, collaborating on high-end projects with renowned architects.

Along the way, I developed a passion for creating furniture and materials that last for generations pieces that can be assembled, disassembled, customized, and repaired, reducing waste and fighting throwaway culture. In Melbourne, inspired by my wife’s work as a barista, I began experimenting with coffee grounds, leading to the creation of EcoBlend a sustainable composite at the heart of my current work.

Now based in Japan, I combine minimalism, Bauhaus principles, and Kaizen thinking to design products with identity, purpose, and longevity. Every design tells a story not just of form and function, but of values.

Every design I create is built for generations — repairable, customizable, and made to last.

My approach is clear: focus on functionality, speed, and clarity, ensuring that every project serves a clear purpose without unnecessary complexity.

From concept to final assembly, I design furniture and materials that are functional, repairable, and adaptable — pieces that evolve with their owners, not against them.
